We restrict access to NPI about you to only those individuals and entities who need to know that information to provide services or products to you. We will use our best efforts to train and oversee our employees and agents to ensure that your NPI will be handled responsibly and in accordance with Dionisi /O’Rourke, LLP’s Privacy Policy. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Our privacy policy applies to prior clients.
