Established firm of Dionisi / O’Rourke, LLP January, 2006 with Kristen L. O’Rourke. Engaged primarily in all aspects of commercial, residential and investment real estate matters, including, financing and creation of ownership entities. Additionally, engaged in all aspects of civil litigation including, but not limited to, contract actions, personal injury and zoning/subdivision matters. Established the firm of Dionisi & Andersen in 1978.

Graduated American International College, Springfield MA 1969. Attended Cornell University, Ithaca, NY; Graduated Boston University School of Law, Boston, MA 1972. Admitted to Bar in 1972.
